A primary inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of gallbladder is an extremely rare. Clinical and radiologic features IMTs are nonspecific can mimic malignant neoplasm. Herein, we present a case IMT, which was initially suspected to be cancer preoperatively.
